Read LiteratureAccording to an article from The Telegraph, every child under the age of four will be given a bag of books--to encourage early reading. Along with the books, the bags include scribble pads and crayons. According to the article, "libraries, clinics, health visitors, and Sure Start nursery centres" will give out the books.
