A Christmas Present of Alice in Wonderland

Alice in Wonderland, by Lewis Carroll, was first published in 1865 to immediate success. Often considered a children's book, the book has been adapted to movies, and many other formats. The book was first sent as a handwritten manuscript to Alice Liddell on November 26, 1862. It was a Christmas present.
