Virginia Woolf: The Marrying Kind

Virginia Woolf: The Measure of LifeVirginia Woolf (born Adeline Virginia Stephen) married Leonard Woolf on August 10, 1912. She had met Leonard in 1899, along with Clive Bell and Lytton Strachey. Together, they would all be known as the Bloomsbury Group. In A Room of One's Own, Virginia Woolf wrote: "Literature is strewn with the wreckage of men who have minded beyond reason the opinions of others."
