Callimachus

(c. 265 BC) Greek writer. Callimachus wrote more than 800 hymns, epigrams, and poems, along with a collection of legends.

Callimachus of Cyrene

Callimachus was a scholar poet. He wrote poetry (including iambics and epigrams) and prose. He also composed a list of the major literary pieces and their writers.

Against Callimachus by Isocrates
