11th (or 10th) Grade Reading List

I recommend the following titles to maintain fluency and reading level and to encourage independent reading. These are a sampling of the titles that often appear on high-school reading lists for 11th (or 10th) grade--depending on when your high school focuses on English/American literature. Literature programs vary by high school. The books on this list are important introductions to English literature--regardless of your age and/or skill level.
