Interred with Their Bones is one of those books I love to hate. It called to me from the shelf--with promises of tie-ins to Shakespeare's plays and history. Yeah, there's a lot to tempt me.
So, I bought the book. I was intrigued by the literary tie-ins. Really, what reader isn't a little fascinated by the search for a lost treasure--particularly when it's a lost play by William Shakespeare. And, to make it even better, the play is based on Don Quixote, by Miguel de Cervantes, a contemporary of Shakespeare but also one of the GREAT writers (as we all know).
